3.5mil Matte White Calendered Vinyl with High-Tack Opaque Permanent Adhesive (5 yr) (#572)

PG-572 is a 3.5 mil flexible polymeric matte white opaque vinyl film coated with a high-tack permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive especially well suited for wall-cut subway poster applications. This vinyl film is a high-quality opaque matte white with excellent outdoor durability. The film provides integrity against removal, helping to prevent vandals from removing from the subway. The high-tack adhesive is designed to bond to a variety of substrates such as metals, painted metals, smooth finish powder coated metals, low surface energy plastics, rough textured surfaces, wood, ceramic tile, wall-cut outs, concrete and fiber board frames. This vinyl film can be used in solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV-curable, screen, and offset UV-curable wide format digital printing. This film is backed with a two-sided poly coated 90# layflat release liner. This product has been approved and tested for subway posters in large high traffic cities like New York.  Some common applications include: subway posters requiring long term outdoor durability or other general signage, where long term durability is key such as: construction signage, hockey rink advertising dasher board graphics, or security decals where removal is discouraged. Note that PG-572 can be layered on top of existing graphics if necessary. Keep in mind, this product is permanent and cannot be removed cleanly from other graphics or surfaces.
